Match Report: Team 49

Carine 49 came together this season as a brand-new team, with players getting to know each other both on and off the court. Like many new teams, the first few rounds were challenging as we learned each other's playing styles, strengths and communication patterns.

Despite the early hurdles, there were plenty of positive signs that momentum was building. To help inspire our season, the team headed along to watch the West Coast Fever in action. Seeing the professionals play up close gave us plenty of tips, motivation and ideas to bring back to our own game.

Over the following rounds, things started to click. We found our rhythm, put together some strong performances, secured a few well-earned wins and saw the goals start flowing. Most importantly, our confidence as a team continued to grow.

Looking ahead, we're excited to keep improving in our positions, support each other on court and continue building on the foundations we've created. By leaning on each other's strengths and working together, we know our best netball is still to come.

It's been a fantastic season so far, and we can't wait to see what the second half of the year brings. Go Carine 49!
