Welcome to Carine Netball Club

Our Story

Established around 40 years ago, Carine Netball Club (CNC) has grown from a small school-based club into one of the largest community netball clubs in Western Australia. Led by a devoted committee of volunteers, our club caters for players from Year 2 through to Opens, participating in the Wanneroo Districts Netball Association Winter and Spring competitions.

CNC prides itself on being an inclusive club where every participant is supported, whether they are new to the game, developing their skills or aspiring to reach their full potential. We offer clear player, umpire and coaching development pathways and are proud to see increasing representative team selection across our junior cohort.

Our talent development programs focus on identifying, harnessing and nurturing emerging players. Equally, we value every member of our club, recognising that netball offers far more than competition - it builds friendships, confidence and a strong sense of belonging within a supportive community.

A key focus of CNC is keeping girls engaged in sport during their teenage years. Research shows that participation often declines during adolescence; however, continued involvement in sport is vital for physical health, confidence, social connection and positive mental wellbeing. To address this, we launched the 18U Player Retention Program 2023. Find out more about the program here.

Training locally at Carine Open Space, within the City of Stirling allows us to actively contribute to the vibrancy of our local community, creating a welcoming environment where families, players and supporters can connect. We warmly welcome families and individuals to join Carine Netball Club and become a part of our proud, inclusive and growing netball community.
