Match Report: Team 48

Team 48 took to the court on a very wet Friday night to play against Poynter Tigers. Having a player injured we had just 7 players available and no bench. Last time we met in round 1 the girls went down 2 to 7 and were looking to improve on this. The team played well, communicated with each other and held their positions. Being a half year 4, half year 5 team playing in a year 5 division it has been a challenge at times with a noticeable size difference with the opposing team. The main issue has been the change in height of the goals and the girls have been focusing on improving their shooting. It paid off and the team was able to obtain a 10 all draw. A vast improvement on the last time they played.

All in all a positive week and a great game to finish it off. Well done team 48!
