Match Report: Team 47

Round 5
We were a bit nervous about moving up two divisions from Div 5 to Div 3 after 2 wins and 2 losses, but didn’t need to worry… the girls smashed it out of the park!

It was the first game of the season that we had the full team playing after having a player out recovering from a broken wrist and so the first game we had any subs and no fill in players.
The girls are really starting to gel together as a team now and starting to get a feel for the positions that they are most suited to as well.

A super strong start to the match by keeping the opposition scoreless in the first half made it a dominant performance. Excellent shooting accuracy from our team was great to see.
The awards for this week went to Rosie and Danica.
