CLUB MEMBER INFORMATION

2026 Winter Season

ALLOCATION DAY

Date: Saturday 7th of March 2026

Location: Carine Primary School under cover area (use gate on Dolomite Road)

Times:

9am - NSG and 11U
10am - 12U and 13U
11am - 15U
11.45am - 18U and Opens

Attendance is compulsory by a parent or player representative. Ideally all players should also attend, however we are mindful that other commitments may impact on this.

During the allocated time slots teams will be required to get together and agree on the following

training time
start date for training
appoint a coach
appoint a manager
fill volunteer spots
kit bags for the season will be given to coaches
polo shirts for managers and coaches to be collected

To all parents and guardians of players, as a club we encourage you to step up and get involved with your players team this season. Each team is required to appoint a coach if not already assigned and a team manager. These important roles must be filled on allocation day.

We also need two volunteers from each team to assist with various roles assigned to the club by WDNA. These roles are not required every week and ideally each team will only need to help once during the season.

2026 WINTER AGE GROUPS - Age Group Eligible Birth Dates

Please register in your correct age group based on date of birth in either NSG or Junior/Senior categories as listed below.
Players are required to register and play in their date of birth age group, however the grading committee has the option to move players if required.

NSG

Year 2 NSG (SET) - 1 July 2018 - 30 June 2019

Year 3 NSG (SET) - 1 July 2017 - 30 June 2018

Year 4 NSG (Go) - 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2017

Year 5 NSG (Go) - 1 July 2015 - 30 June 2016

Junior/Seniors

11U Born 2015

12U Born 2014

13U Born 2013

15U Born 2011, 2012

18U Born 2008, 2009, & 2010

Open Born 2007 or before

All grading sessions are still compulsory, to ensure teams are placed in the appropriate grade. Please email the Registrar with your team list and contact details before registering.

All other players/Individuals can register as usual and will then go through the usual grading process before they are placed into a team.

NSG Information

This year, Carine Netball Club is pleased to offer two new opportunities for our Net Set Go players:

Year 2 NSG Teams
Year 2 NSG players now have the opportunity to form their own team. To do so, you will need a minimum of 9 players. Please note the club reserves the right to add players if required due to overall registration numbers. If you are forming a team, please email the registrar prior to registering at carinenetballregistrar@outlook.com.

NSG Come and Try Sessions
We are also offering Come and Try sessions for all NSG players. These sessions are a great way to get moving before the season begins and are open to friends who would like to learn more about netball and our club. Full details are provided below.
