Match Report: Team 29

It’s been fantastic to watch this team grow from a group of players who barely knew each other into a connected and confident unit on the court.

This week, our defence was outstanding, with Olivia, Charli and Kenzo applying constant pressure and shutting down opportunities, while Isla was everywhere with some brilliant interceptions throughout the game, resulting in her getting player of the week.

A big focus at training this week was our center passes, and it definitely showed with strong movement and teamwork through the mid-court. The combinations are starting to click and it’s great to see the players building trust and playing so well together each week.  We look forward to seeing what more they can do together.
